Who Are You to Object Against the Sovereignty of God? Part 1


Rom 9:19  Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? 
Rom 9:20  Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? 
Rom 9:21  Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? 

      1.      The Next Objection to the Sovereignty of God Over Salvation is: How Can God Hold Man                    Responsible for His Actions When No Man Can Resist His Will? – vs. 19    
      2.      God’s Right to be Sovereign Over the Salvation of Man – vs. 20-21
a.       Paul responds to the objections of the skeptic with three blistering rhetorical questions
                                                              i.      Who are you (a man) to question the will of God? – vs. 20a
1.      Some better questions to consider before taunting God about His sovereign will would be the following:
